Physiotherapy led pole clinic at Abbey Farm Equestrian
Wednesday 30th August Afternoon/Evening Ridden sessions which include a variety of pole exercises to focus on strengthening and conditioning specific muscle groups, improving overall flexibility, increasing core strength and
developing proprioception.
These sessions are prefect for:
• Those who are regularly competing to provide a stretching
and conditioning session
• Those wanting to improve their horse’s core strength and
overall flexibility- especially good for older horses
• Those with younger horses who want to introduce them to
group sessions in a focused environment
• Groups of three £25 per hour session
• Groups of two £35 per hour session
