Emma is an Equipilates and Franklin Method coach who will be delivering ridden sessions to help you improve your riding.

During these sessions Emma will use specific ques, imagery, exercises and the Franklin balls to – •improve your awareness of your posture,

•how to move your body to apply clear and effective aids,

•how to improve your stability without becoming fixed and stuck

•understand How our body affects the horse and vice versa.

These sessions will provide you with plenty of light bulb moments and effective exercises for you to take away with you to practise at home.
