Cavaletti – Polework Clinic with Emily Perry

Emily Perry is a Grand Prix Dressage rider with many years experience training and competing at regional and national levels. She trains with international judges and Olympic Dressage riders. Emily is a UKCC level 2 Dressage coach and has produced her own horse from backing right the way through to Grand Prix.
She has experience with young horses and has successfully competed in the young horse classes. Emily has a sympathetic and sensitive approach to training and always strives to get the best out of horse and rider.

Cavaletti is a gymnastic exercise for the horse. It naturally increases the range of movement in the joints which increases joint mobility, it builds muscle strength and suppleness and helps the tone and condition the horse. Along with building the horses proprioception and working on the rider’s accuracy.
It’s a fun way to add variety into the horses training whilst still proving an effective work out.
