For group fairness – any horses with known major/specific problem areas – please book onto a private session to focus on these individually.\nYoung horse session information:\nDuration – 40 minutes\nGroup size – 3\nIn-hand only\nSuitable for – Horses 4yo and under only (for older horses\, please book on the group obstacle sessions)\nAim – For young horses to have a simple quiet outing paired with another horse similar. ‘You do you’ basically – come as you are and bring your groundwork from home out to try in a new place.\nIncludes: Not a taught lesson but just a ‘playground’ to gradually and safely let them explore with no pressure and you just ‘pick and choose’ what you feel they capable of doing. Welcome to do as much or as little as you need – whether that be just groundwork in a new environment or making use of some of the obstacles set out. Short session slots so no waiting around like in a formal lesson and much more productive mentally for younger horses.\nGroundwork/Trick training sessions information:\nDuration – 60 minutes\nGroup size – 3\nIn-hand only\nSuitable for – Horses 3yo and over\nAim – Trick training is a brilliant way of having fun with your horse\, as well as working on your relationship\, manners and overall physical flexibility of the horse.\nIncludes: The session will focus on settling in groundwork and starting 2 new movements and explaining them so you can go home with new ideas to continue. Horses must have good manners on the ground and be good to handle for these sessions. For younger horses or ones needing help with general groundwork – please book onto a private session. Tricks are dependant on horse but could be pedestal/starting the balance board\, smile\, twirl\, mounting block training\, picking objects up\, yoga movements needed to start bowing (mountain goat\, park out)\, magnet (backing from behind)\, crunches etc\nPlaces strictly on a first come first serve basis only and non refundable full payment prior required due to arena hire and limited places.\nPlease bring your own lunge/long line for in hand and riding hats must be worn in all sessions.\nHorses must be up to date with annual vaccinations.\nTimes and groups will be emailed nearer the time once bookings are in.\nIf sessions are smaller in numbers due to bookings\, then they may be subject to being slightly shorter duration if less people in the group.
